2024 RURAL FIT STATE CHAMPIONSHIP: Fort Meade Miners vs. Dixie County Bears

THE RANGE AT H.G. MORSE STADIUM -- Friday marks the start of the 2024 State Championship Games. This year, Florida sprouted the wealth amongst rural teams by not only having the rural State Championship, but also the inaugural Rural Florida Invitation Tournament.
Friday, The Villages will host two State Championship Games, the inaugural Rural FIT Invitational State Championships at 1PM and the Rural State Championship later that evening at 7:30PM.
Fort Meade will square up vs. Dixie County as both teams vie to bring home their first State Championship trophy.

Home of Buffalo football, soccer, and track and field, The Range at H.G. Morse Stadium opened in September of 2023. A five-story, concrete tilt-wall constructed home grandstand seats 5,000 spectators and includes premium seating options, locker rooms, team meeting rooms, an athletic training room, a state-of-the-art weight room, office space and six press box suites. A covered rooftop terrace provides shade and protection from the elements. The visitor grandstands have 1,000 permanently installed metal bleachers, with room for an additional 4,000 bleachers able to be installed on either side. The Range at H.G. Morse Stadium also features a 40 foot by 24 foot Watchfire videoboard, Community LVH-906WR/APB PA speakers and a fully-integrated audio-visual production suite.
