2013: Allen had an impressive showing as a sophomore tailback in 2013, especially in the last half of the season. Overall 2013 while appearing in all 14 games and starting the final 4 (Stanford, Colorado, UCLA, Fresno State), he ran for 785 yards on 135 carries (5.8 avg) with 14 TDs, plus he had 22 receptions for 252 yards (11.5 avg) with 1 TD and 2 tackles. He scored 13 touchdowns in the last 6 games (12 on the ground) and 4 of them were at least 43 yards. He had 4 100-yard rushing outings, all in the last 6 games (133 at Oregon State, 135 at California, 145 at Colorado and 123 versus UCLA).

He had 37 yards on 6 tries with a pair of TDs (1 and 4 yards) along with 2 catches for 6 yards and a tackle against Arizona. He had 20 yards on 7 carries at Notre Dame and 2 yards on 2 carries with a 3-yard catch against Utah. At Oregon State, he had a then-career high 133 yards on 16 carries with a career-best 3 TDs (9, 18 and 52 yards) plus he caught 4 passes for 41 yards. 2012: Allen was a reserve tailback as a redshirt freshman in 2012. Overall in 2012 while appearing in 3 games (Syracuse, California, Colorado), he had 6 carries for 32 yards (5.3 avg.). He had 2 carries each against Syracuse (6 yards), California (12 yards) and Colorado (14 yards). He missed the Utah game because of a death in his family.
2011: Allen redshirted as a freshman tailback in 2011, his first year at USC.
HIGH SCHOOL: His 2010 honors included ESPNU150, Super Prep All-Dixie and Prep Star All-Southeast as a senior running back at Lincoln High in Tallahassee (Fla.). He ran for more than 1,500 yards in 2010. Lincoln won the 2010 Florida state Class 4A title. He missed his 2009 junior season with an injury. As a sophomore in 2008, he rushed for 1,044 yards on 162 carries (6.4 avg.) with 10 TDs. Lincoln played in the Florida state Class 4A championship game. He also long jumped at Lincoln, with a best of 22-9 1/2.
