Mandarin was as a strong team that is the only noted team in state history win 4 straight playoff games on the road to get to the State Final. Both DBs Mitchell and Belgrave-Shorter faced talented receivers all year long as well as very talented receivers daily with Mandarin having a strong core of young Class of 2025 returning receivers, including WR Jaime Ffrench, Jr. (currently committed to Alabama) and WR/PR Josiah Watkins (3 receptions 53 yards in state final).

ST. THOMAS AQUINAS SIGNS HUGE CLASS TO POWER 5
Miami inherited a huge influx of St. Thomas Aquinas players... not only because one of their most famous alumni, "The Playmaker" Michael Irvin, but also now mainly because of former Aquinas DC and Hall of Famer Jason Taylor now on The U's staff... and the other BIG fact, that hometown Mario Cristobal is recruiting hometown... HARD! The Canes signed four from St. Thomas Aquinas as DBs Ryan Mack and Romanas Frederique, WR Chance Robinson, and star RB Jordan Lyle, who had been long committed to Ohio State. Aquinas will send off three of their Raiders, Nicholas Rodriguez, James Madison II, and Justin Bodford to the SEC to play for the Mizzou Tigers. Aquinas RB Stacy Gage signed with now Big XII contender UCF, and Earl Kulp heads to West Lafayette, Indiana to become a Purdue Boilermaker. All fresh off a State Championship title for the Raiders, these players will bring winning tradition to their respective collegiate programs.

WESTERN MICHIGAN LOADS UP WITH 8 FROM THE SUNSHINE STATE
The Broncos must know that Florida is fertile recruiting soil, as they ground themselves with 8 playmakers from the Sunshine State. Jameson Young and Carlos Mitchell from Florida's Class 4S State Champion Lakeland highlight a herd of Florida Boys ready to make a statement in Kalamazoo. Fort Lauderdale Dillard DE Joshua Lloyd, Miami Southridge WR Jayquan Reid, and Miami Booker T. Washington DB La'Varis Stanford all will head from their respective South Florida powerhouse programs to lend their talents to help their Broncos improve off a disappointing 4-8 season.

A FEW FLIPS....
